Ensure whether they are genuinely busy in their life or if their busyness is just a way to avoid you or seek attention.

A common symptom of depression is a loss of interest or pleasure in activities that were once enjoyable.

3. Fatigue and Lack of Energy: 

Depression can cause persistent fatigue and a lack of energy, making even simple tasks feel exhausting.

4.      Changes in Appetite or Weight: 

Some people may experience changes in appetite, leading to weight loss or weight gain.

5. Sleep Disturbances:

Overthinking…It's simple to say "stop thinking," but those dealing with this condition often can't control their thoughts. Now, we'll focus on how to clear the mind from continuous thinking. This is known as cognitive behavior therapy.

- Feeling lonely

- Lack of interest

- Trouble sleeping at night

- Thinking about harming oneself

These are all signs of depression.

I'm interested in hearing those three tips to overcome it.

1**Positive think:-


1. It's important to tackle problems, and a strong way is to think positively.

2. Positive thoughts begin when you change how you think.

3. Shifting thoughts can be hard, but a simple exercise makes it easier.

4. When you have some free time, use a notepad.

5. Make a list of things you have that others don't to see the good stuff.

6. Turn these thoughts into short points for a clearer view.

2-**mood management-:


1. If you struggle to sleep around 2-3 AM, avoid reaching for your phone.

2. Resisting the urge to check your phone is essential.

3. Instead, recall the positive list you created in your mind.

4. Take your time and focus on the positive aspects rather than checking your phone.

3-**face your fear:-


1. In this situation, people tend to run away from their problems.

2. Instead of fleeing due to fear, confront your fears.

3. If something scares you, face it by researching and adopting it.

4. Stay engaged in addressing challenges rather than avoiding them.


Keeping happy is the most important thing. Even small efforts in our life can bring significant joy. Incorporate activities in your day that bring you happiness, regardless of what they are. Engage in tasks that genuinely please you. When you come home, make a list of things you did to make yourself happy.

Reasons:- 

Some people believe that love marriages are successful, while arranged marriages are not. However, that's not entirely true. In love marriages, staying distant from each other, dating, and eventually getting married can pose its own challenges. Recognizing and accepting each other's flaws and navigating through these difficulties requires effort. Yet, if you keep a few things in mind, you can make any type of marriage work well.

Based on my observations, research, and studies, I have come across some things that I want to share with people. I want to educate and convey that if they follow these tips, they can certainly make their relationships smooth and strong.

Certainly, here are some key points about the meaning of “giving up” in a relationship:

1.End of effort: 
Giving up in a relationship signifies a cessation of effort by one or both partners to maintain or improve the relationship.

2.Acceptance of failure: 

It involves acknowledging that attempts to resolve conflicts or address issues within the relationship have been unsuccessful.

3.Loss of hope: 

Giving up often entails surrendering hope for positive change or reconciliation in the relationship.

4.Emotional withdrawal: 

It may involve emotional detachment or disengagement from the relationship, as one or both partners no longer invest emotionally.

5.Decision to move on: 

Giving up can signify a decision by one or both partners to end the relationship and pursue separate paths.

6.Acknowledgment of incompatibility:

During winters, our skin becomes very dry and lifeless. If we don't take care of our skin regularly, aging signs appear quickly. Aging signs don't just show on our faces; our entire body starts to feel loose, and wrinkles begin to appear. So, it's crucial to pay attention to our skin regularly. The care needed for our face is as essential for the rest of our body.
