 There are four steps to make your skin young and glowing.


*Face yoga

face yoga aims to tone and tighten facial muscles for a more youthful appearance. The key ingredient for face yoga are Almond oil, castor oil and Glycerin. These components work together to promote skin tightness and overall facial wellness.

1-Take equal quantity of almond, castor oil and     glycerin. 

2-Apply it on your finger and massage it thoroughly all over the face and neck in an upward direction twice a day morning and night.

 Hello, friends by this blog i will give you some tips to weight lose by sharing my real life story. Losing weight is not only physical activity behind this motivation matters so i hope my story will be help you to losing weight confidently....

It is a matter of time when i was in my 12th grade, i was very active and agile but gradually i stated feeling tired while playing. I experienced fatigue and appetite loss, leading to a tuberculosis (TB) diagnosis. The 18 month treatment, which included steroids, caused rapid weight gain. Although i successfully recovered from TB, i faced lingering after effects post treatment.

                    I started bulling with my friends and relatives although i did not so much care about their body shaming. My main concern was reclaiming my once active body. I attempted various method, including strict dieting and rigorous workout, but struggled due to a lack of consistency and patience in achieving my goal.

                       People navigate numerous diet plan for weight loss but it is really difficult to follow them because they are expensive and difficult to remind too, they make you puzzled so i'll share an essential approach that guarantees optimal result-- curated to suit your unique needs. Before this you must know the fact that" extreme dieting can lead to weight loose, but it may result in loose muscle and loose charms, maintaining muscle tone is crucial for a fit body, emphasizing the importance of a balanced approach to weight management that includes both.







ROUTINE DIET FOR LOSE WEIGHT.

 1. *Morning:*

   - Start your day with three glasses of warm water.

   - Have a breakfast rich in your favorite fruits.


2. *Lunch:*

   - Opt for daliya (broken wheat) with vegetables instead of regular chapati.

   - Include a variety of veggies in your lunch.


3. *Evening:*

   - Snack (sprouts) on a salad and a protein shake of your choice.


4. *Dinner:*

   - Consume dinner till 7:00 PM for optimal benefits.

   - Choose oats or bajra (pearl millet) roti instead of regular wheat roti.
