many desire youth and beauty, but few makes efforts. while some opt for temporary solution like filers, botox, thread work and so on, but they don't know these methods often have temporary effect and potential side effects.

Advertisement may promise wrinkle removal but there's no product that can truly eliminate wrinkle, beware of misleading claim However, preventive measures can be effective. Here are some effective tips to prevent wrinkle and maintain skin health for a lasting impact.

 There are four steps to make your skin young and glowing.


*Face yoga

face yoga aims to tone and tighten facial muscles for a more youthful appearance. The key ingredient for face yoga are Almond oil, castor oil and Glycerin. These components work together to promote skin tightness and overall facial wellness.

1-Take equal quantity of almond, castor oil and     glycerin. 

2-Apply it on your finger and massage it thoroughly all over the face and neck in an upward direction twice a day morning and night.

4- But at night time, after massaging, you can leave it on your face overnight and wash it in the morning.
